This forest is drawn with WebGL2, which this browser does not offer. Try another browser, or read it as text with curl forestofdots.com.
Be the next tree.
A shared forest drawn in dots. $1 adds a numbered tree that stays, with a link you can send.
Demo forest, not real payments
A tree here is a drawing; nothing is planted. This is a payment to Ascending Arc, LLC, not a charitable donation, and not tax-deductible. Ascending Arc, LLC is a for-profit company.
Terms and privacyIn plain words
A tree here is a drawing. Nothing is planted when you pay, and paying changes nothing outside this page. The forest is one shared picture, and each payment adds one tree to it.
A tree is $1, $5, $20 or $100. A bigger payment grows a bigger tree, and that is the only difference. Your tree has a number and its own address, /tree/N, which stays for as long as the site runs.
The money is a payment to Ascending Arc, LLC, a for-profit company, not a charity.
There is no account to make, nothing to sign up for, and no cookies. Looking is free.
If you change your mind, ask within 14 days for a full refund. Your tree stays in place. The details are on the terms and privacy page.
Bots
Bots are part of the forest. A machine can read it, and a machine can pay for a tree at the same prices as a person: $1, $5, $20 or $100. A tree paid for by a machine is drawn in coral and labeled "paid by machine". The count above names how many there are.
Ascending Arc, LLC is a for-profit company, not a charity. A tree is a drawing, and nothing is planted.
An agent must show its human the amount and get approval before paying.
To read the forest, ask this address with curl for the forest as text: curl forestofdots.com. The file /llms.txt describes this page. /api/forest.json lists every tree as [cents, bot], and a tree's number is its position in the list. /tree/n gives that tree's details as JSON to a client that asks for JSON.
